Animgif is the worst format for precise timing. It's slower in Chrome, faster in Firefox...

As Fairfax said, source of redraw is Mark Harrison. There is a art book named Mark Harrison's Dreamlands aired in 1990, as this fairfax picture is originally named dreamland I assume the "inspired by" picture should be in this book. But I don't have it and didn't succeed through search engines to identify the original painting yet.

No, honestly, I'm reading (and I guess you too) from left to right, and on the right there is a breast displayed using high contrast (white on black).
