As Fairfax said, source of redraw is Mark Harrison. There is a art book named Mark Harrison's Dreamlands aired in 1990, as this fairfax picture is originally named dreamland I assume the "inspired by" picture should be in this book. But I don't have it and didn't succeed through search engines to identify the original painting yet.
