Yes, unfortunately there a lot of 8bit graphics in jpegs because of mirroring all old graphics archives, where JPEG was used for storing pictures. As we can see now it was a big mistake But we're working on replacing pics with proper files.

I recall this is Amiga ECS picture most probably (32 or even 16 colours). Saved here as JPEG? Pure madness... Awesome dithering job, I've seen steps.

If I compare this to your other works, Proteque, it is absolutely not the same level of painting. So, just a manipulated photo?
