Got suspicious and loaded this into PPaint... The dithering and shading on the woman and snake is exactly the same as in WomSnake by Peachy. Seems to me this is ripped and then spiced up for AGA.

I was at this party. Style is definitly different form lazur in almost every aspect (in plus mainly)
If I remember correctly this artist was at this time a student of Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków (his works were mostly 3d animations)

Maybe signature (and nick name) was kind of joke
