"MISUSE OF STAMPS
We have received a letter addressed to Gurukiller/Infernal Minds.
As means of payment, the stamps that were applied were smeared in glue. This for the purpose of washing away previous postal stamps.
If this letter is meant for a person at said address, this person can have have his letter if he pays for new stamps + a penalty of 5,- NOK."
