I assume this is a photomanipulation and i would like to hear if you graphicians think it should be kept or not. I am not sure, because i think the own-work-part is larger here than in others, but on the other hand would not really like to have manipulated photos in a pixelart gallery.

I have no problem with it. A LOT of current digital artists and matte painters use photos directly in their work now.

I'd say as long as it's not just a paint over of an existing photo and has some creative elements it's cool. Just my opinion.
