Beautifully executed. I wouldn't have been surprised if this had won.

What CONS said, love her eyes - however (not your fault!) even more amazed by everything surrounding her. That gel bubbles look darn awesome, background in general, the massive ribbons and especially the thing that creeps up her left shoulder.
It's soothing, yet disturbing to look at it. Nice work!

I like the ghostly effect of "fibers", a reflection in the water in which its breath mixs.
Can be that with more different colors the image would have had more impact
