Done for 3 letters of fame by 3LN.

Took mere three hours, in Photoshop with an 'action' to copy the left half of the pic over to the right side. It never really felt complete, but anything I tried to improve looked worst - so I went with the minimalistic look - and didn't even finish AA'ing the hair.

This was inspired by two pictures, 8 color club faces by ptoing, from which I stole the palette and the idea with mirroring. And Wigstock from Mack which I feel in love with right after buying and sifting through the freax art album a couple of years back.
