I like this! For a quick crit, I think it could benefit from more attention to atmospheric perspective, i.e. and an object should get progressively more 'faded out', as a result of more air between you and the object - like you'll see when looking at faraway hills, that often become blueish.

Just a thought - I think it would make the picture more complete, and enhance the sense of perspective / scale

I was wondering how come this could be in a pixel graphics compo.. then I checked the rules gfx compos on evoke which were weird..

PIXEL GRAPHICS

- all pictures will be shown with latest irfanview
- please, hand in pictures with a flawless-compression like PNG to ensure highest quality!
- All techniques are allowed, but no (reworked) copyrighted material.
- you have to deliver at least 4 steps of the creation process


FREESTYLE GRAPHICS

- you can use every tool you want. "no rules".
- all pictures will be shown with latest irfanview
- please, hand in pictures with a flawless-compression like PNG to ensure highest quality!
- if you can submit steps of the creation process, they will be shown!

Anyway, a nice picture.. i would've also added more detail to the moons.
