I'm really fascinated by the way this picture was made. Basically using 3dsmax as an advanced ruler!
I was going to vote 10 but then a made the mistake of looking to much at the high res picture. And there are some parts where the (seemingly) textured and the handdrawn elements are integrated poorly.
Great picture either way!

I had to reduce 2 points because of the lightnings and floating islands, sry. Otherwise per--fect! Coloring, lights, details.. really good!
(mental 10/10 anyway The fact that this won the competition is pure justice.

The FullRes seems a bit blurry, after reducing to 70% it was better to my eye, it also highlights some flaws as offwhite said, the grass seems clone stamped and there are frequent jumps from blur to crisp. I'm also not fond of the global color washed out feeling, it makes me feel like there was a transparent gray layer on top of the source image.
All in all, it certainly has a defined ambiance for me but I'm not that enthousiast about the picture.
