Probably because there are too many comments posted simultaneously, if you wanna be hundred percent sure that a correction will be noted,
you'll have to use the report feature, this way, admins get notified and won't miss anything.

Would be nice to have a database of signatures as well for quicker identification, many are of the non-obvious kind.

Anarkhya, thats exactly what happend to this one. I take great care of reports, see them every time i visit the site, there is no chance that i miss anything, but if important things are posted as comments only, things like this happen
