It's a reference to old soviet cartoon, which was about animals quiz, and words of song were like at picture (which is translation) "..far away, far away, on meadow graze ..who?" And answer on "Who" was "cows", "sheeps", etc.
So it's modern view on that cartoon, with rabbits-werevolves as animals on meadow.
