This picture was drawn in so called Gigascreen mode. This is not how it really looks on exact ZX-Spectrum screen. That's probably why you're so amazed.

CONS unfortunately we can't produce any good PC representation of how it really looks at real machine.

Well, actually the "This is not how it really looks on exact ZX-Spectrum screen" stuff is not entirely true.
It depends on monitor You use. I noticed old CRT monitors have problems but LCD display it OK. Such a mode is almost stable on them. We were chatting with Gasman about it several years ago. We were afraid that LCD monitors will kill the GigaScreen but seems like they actually helped it.
