This dithering is not typical for zx-spectrum, but it looks quite acceptable! Maybe it is worth continuing experimentation in this area? In standard mode, it looks messy, but with more colors that all changes ...

Good performance, but not completely clear idea. The man's face on the whole screen - it's cool. But the city in the background is flat. There needs scale and perspective. In BG, I think not enough time.

I might be wrong but that particular kind of dithering was always a distinguishing feature of Rom's works. So, it's just his way of doing it. And, well, he's doing it great.
